I’ve been writing since middle school, so about 7 years, probably. But I’ve only really started writing seriously since 2020.

My primary WIP is about a girl whose power is fourth wall awareness and tries to convince everyone that she’s not crazy- which obviously doesn’t work, and forces her to pick between her family and her power.

I’m learning Brazilian Portuguese and Norwegian (Bokmål), but I had to put Norwegian on hold because of the spring semester.

Spider-Man is one of my favorites, but I also really like Squirrel Girl and Gwenpool (who was inspiration for the WIP I mentioned). Also, Night Nurse is really cool. You don’t get much more awesome than a nurse helping superheroes.

I’ve been reading a lot of books that are inspired by or based off of myths. It’s really interesting to be able to compare myths from different cultures, too. A lost of cultures have myths about giant snakes, for example. And the Romans stole the Greek’s pantheon, who apparently stole it from the Egyptians, so there are a ton of parallels there.

I studied Latin in high school and it’s hard. I hope your studies are going well. I know that Latin helped me understand aspects of language I previously hadn’t even known existed.

I’m always looking for more superhero books to read. Especially creative ones.
