BRILLIANT DIALOGUE. You’ve managed to make it so that we know what’s going on, but the bias of the narrator kinda means that we don’t. This is really good as it forces us to make our own assumptions. (Maybe the Seerers aren’t what she thinks.)

My main point isn’t so much to do with suspense rather than mood. If you made Zerenity be a bit more surprised or shocked at the difference, it would be more effective. *nodnod* So good job anyways!
