Thought I’d run a “future” book idea by you guys.

This is probably going to sound terrible, but…😂

Damien is just a farm-boy, until his uncle is murdered by a government Tracker. Damien kills the murderer, out of self defence, and is forced to flee. Now an outlaw, hunted by the Emperor, Damien begins to realize that most of what he knew about his country is lies. He longs to go back to his peaceful life, but realizes that he can’t without endangering his family. He sets out on a mission: to save other rebels from the Trackers, and eventually overthrow the Emperor and his tyranny. In doing so, he is creating a legend for himself…the Tracker Killer, an outlaw who brings hope back to his oppressed people.

It’s fantasy without magic, with Robin Hood vibes, and a few war-cats.
