Well, if you look at the big picture, the Bible is the biggest romance book there is!

The entire story is pointing to when Christ marries the bride for which he died for!

I’ve never written romance novels, and i dont neccessarily plan to, but I mean, how cool is that? It starts with the bethrothed bride running away, because she hates the man she’s engaged to. He displays his love for her numerous times, but she’s blind to it. Finally, he pays the ultimate price. His life. He dies for his love. AND THEN HE COMES BACK! And one day, the wedding will come, and free the entire creation.

I mean, where do the good romance novels or stories, get there sacrifice from, it must be this.

So yes, i think the bible leaves room for appropriate romance in novels. (Keyword:Appropriate. Many ‘Christian romance novels’ are not)
