Thank you!!! And that is such a cool twist to the wall, I love it.

The blind girl: “I’m sorry,” was what she said, and Kiark and Wylo looked on, speechless; too surprised to move. Kiark thought: what a brave kid. Wylo was doubtful, but inspired.

The dragon relaxed, and just as Kiark started to let out a breath, the creature snapped the girl up in her claws. The prince drew his sword yet again, growling hotly under his breath, and Wylo braced himself. If the girl needed saving, they would be there save her — it didn’t seem as if the others were quite capable of doing that. But then, the dragon put her down again with a huff of smoke. It was a buzz of confusion:

“What are you doing?” “Let her go!” “Saving her life!” “Get back, idiota! Do you just want to die?!” “He said what?!” “I apologize for my cousin’s impetuousness. She still has much to learn of being a leader.”

While this was happening all around them, Wylo noticed the impending wall as another source of confusion and darted forward toward the cave. Kiark was on his heels, shouting “of all the great Points of Crone!” in his startled state. But Wylo held him back until all of the others had entered the cave, then followed in behind them. Now they would be alerted of anything up ahead, and able to retreat as the first.

Kiark accidentally poked Wylo in the back in with the tip of his sword in his careless hurry, and the High-ark jumped forward, bumping into someone in front of him.

Whoever wants to be bumped into, go ahead! I just figured I needed to get these two bachelors interacting with someone other than themselves 😉
