I LOVED your post.  I feel like you did a fantastic job writing from Ahab’s POV; both in how he reacted, but in that villain-y type way too.  And, lol, I died from laughter at these this line:

“Ahab looked her straight in the eye. “Not too much. I can still see your impudent little face.” ”

That seems like such a thing a villain like Ahab would say XD
