I don’t know what does the T/A mean…

T means turbulent (more emotional), and A is assertive (which is more confident). I’m an ENFP-T.

(I’m not sure how to ”translate” the phrase to Israeli weeks… Do you go to school at Saturdays?)

Saturdays and Sundays are the weekend, so no, we don’t go to school. I could rephrase it as “what would you do to relax after a long and stressful week?”
