Heyo! I have an idea now! I was complaining to my younger brother (he’s 11) about it and he was playing around with a pocketknife our granddad gave him, and said “Write about this knife.” So then that got me thinking… what if I came up with some sort of artifact or something that is owned by somebody, then write a story with that person as the MC, and write about them looking further into this thing they own. So a blacksmith has a sword his father gave him, and the design is unlike anything he’s ever seen. He shows it to other blacksmiths in his country, and they’ve never seen anything like it before either. So then he starts traveling all over the place searching for the origin of this sword. Or something similar to that. I was just giving that as an example. Though… now that I write that out I’m warming to the idea of a sword XD

Alrighty. So anyways, now I’ve got me an idea. But I need a name for my blacksmith… Ideas?

This is gonna be set in kinda medieval-ish times, probably 1100 AD -ish. I’m debating with myself about the age/looks of my blacksmith. Part of me wants him to be fairly young and really young-looking. So like he’s 30, but he looks 21. That’d give people reason to not really take him seriously cause he looks like a kid. But the other part of me wants him to be older, around 50-60, pretty grizzled and scarred from his job, and pretty intimidating to someone who doesn’t know him well.

Aaaaand I gotta keep in mind that this is a short story I’ve gotta write in a day XD Although, I know Mrs. K would be fine with me taking another week. Cause the rest of the stories need more work anyways. So… *narrows eyes* Hm. Never mind that then lol.

But yeah, if you’ve got any name ideas, that’d be awesome! And don’t worry if you have tons or just a few lol cause I have none right now XD
