Would your character rather, be really hot all the time, or really cold?
Dayton: *rolls her eyes* “Cold, I suppose.”

Alan: “Yeah. That way, when we respond to fire, we won’t suffocate or  overheat from wearing all the whatever hundred pounds of stuff every time.”

Dayton: *glares at him* “You only have to wear 56 pounds, Rookie.”

Alan: “Whatever. I still get hot.”

Jim: “Guess I’ll be cold.”

Megyn: *thinks for a moment* “Yeah, I suppose I’ll be cold too. I can easily bundle up or go snuggle my dog.”

Would your character rather hear elevator music every time they moved or see everything in black and white?
Dayton: *snorts in disgust* “STUPID!! I’m not answering this.”

ME: Well, you’s cranky!! Go on Al.

Alan: “Uhh . . . The elevator music would drive me nuts after a while. I could never hear anybody. I’ll see black and white.”

Jim: *looks puzzled* “I guess I’ll see things in black and white too.”

Megyn: *nods* “Me too. I can remember what color everything is.”

 Would your character rather be able to know when someone’s lying, or never be able to get fat?

Dayton: *snorts again* “I already know when someone is lying to me and I will never get fat. I work out.”

Alan: *stares at Dayton* “Are you Wonder Woman or something!? DUDE!”

*Dayton snorts and looks deliberately away from him.*

ME: Dayton, you sound like a bull or something. That’s rude to Alan. BE NICE.”

*Dayton ignores me*

Alan: “I don’t ever want to get fat. I wouldn’t be able to carry my 56 pounds of JUNK as well anymore.”

*Dayton gives him dark glare*

Jim: *thinks a minute* “I guess know when someone’s lying.”

Megyn: “Me too.”

Would your character rather, live how they’re currently living (in the various places they are in their WIP) or live the life they had before?

Dayton: *face darkens* I’ll have the life I have now. And don’t you dare ask me why!”

ME: *to Alan* CRAN-KY!!

Alan: *nods VERY solemnly, then winks at me* “I don’t know . . .  the life I have now is fun. I think I’ll stay here.”

Jim: *face saddens. sighs* “I. . . I don’t know . . . ”

Megyn: *looks at the floor* “I-I’ll stay here. There’s a reason why I am here and I don’t want to leave the people here.”

 Would your character rather be a complete nobody, unable to ever become known, or super famous and unable to find anyone who hasn’t heard of them?

Dayton: *frowns* “All those people knowing me would just be annoying. I’ll be a nobody.”

Alan: “I’ll be famous!”

Jim: “Nobody.”

Megyn: “I’d rather  be a nobody. Being famous would not be good for me.”

 Would your character rather be able to visit a past version of themselves to prevent a mistake or visit a future version of themselves to get advice?

Dayton: *snarls to herself* “I’ll do back and prevent a mistake.”

Alan: *grinning evilly* ” I would go forward and ask myself how to deal with certain people now that that’ll be nicer in the future!!”

Jim: *looks down for a moment, then lifts his head* “I’d go back.”

Megyn: *ponders a moment* “I. . . I don’t know. I’d actually like to do both, if I could. But I guess I’ll go back too.”

Would your character rather be stuck in a time loop for a month or stuck with their worst enemy for two weeks? (Note: They wouldn’t be able to kill each other if they were stuck with their enemy. Fight, yes, kill, no.)

Dayton: *grits her teeth* “Stick me in a stupid old time loop. I’d like to get away from him for a while!!”

Alan: *looks innocent* “What? You mean Jared?”

Dayton: *Growls and cringes*

ME: OK AL. Enough now.

Alan: “ok ok. Uhh . . . what is a time loop anyway?? Does that mean I go through the same day or month over and over again?” *thinks* “Then I guess I’ll have that, as long I can pick what time frame.”

Jim: *gazes steadily at the wall* “I’ll have a time loop too.”

Megyn: *pales a little* “I’d rather have the time loop. Two weeks with him-” *bites her lip*
