Thanks! It’s also fantasy, and I’m thinking of going for more of an asian/oriental style world. Here’s my summary so far!

The human and Erek(yes, I named them after my guild) races have been in an unsteady peace for years, with the humans ruling the lower grounds and the Erek forced back into the mountains. Ryul is one of the few Erekai who has been accepted among the humans, working as an ambassador to ensure the peace between his father–the king of the Erek–and the human king goes on. But when the human princess is kidnapped by rogue Erekai, it’s up to him to hunt her down and bring her home, or risk war.

Sooo yeah. Erek are shapeshifters, btw. I’ve always wanted to do something with shapeshifters, and this seems like a good thing to try the out with. Plus, Ryul has a preference towards winged beasts, which means I get to draw lots of wings and flight scenes which I love. XD  It’s going pretty well so far, even though I haven’t actually gotten to making any panels yet. I need to hammer out the plot a little more so this doesn’t go into my “started-but-never-finished” pile of doom. 😉

Also, plot twist: this is not a romance! (Which is kind of surprising, considering it’s me… I do like my ships, y’know.) Seriously though, the princess is like 9. And blind.

Annnyhow, I’ll get around to posting pics of what I’ve been working on recently eventually(though it might take a few days), and I’ll be sure to tag y’all when I do. (You know, I just realized I say y’all a lot when I’m typing, but never when I’m talking. Huh.)
