Whoa, I love this prompt. It could go so many different ways… honestly, the first thing that popped in my head (though I have no idea why) is a story about a little(ish) boy who’s sitting inside a safe room while the world is ending outside but he’s happy because he has an ice cream cone. XD

I agree with @eden-anderson though; I find it almost impossible to write a meaningful story without an ending that’s at least bittersweet. If everyone is completely happy, it seems too perfect. So I’m kind of struggling with this. 😛

I really like @germaine-han‘s ideas- especially the ones about ending a toxic relationship and of a villain finding fulfillment in being a hero rather than a villain.

Can’t wait to see the end results!!! 😀 Forgive me if I’m only here hit and miss, college is back in full swing and this semester I have a lot more homework than usual, so it’s hard to find time to be on here. 😛
