@catwing I tagged you in the latest post on my blog. I also have a question about blogging. When I posted my first post, I set it to publish at 8:30 am. But when it was 8:30, I checked, and it said it was set to post 5 hours later. I was like “Alright, it’s just set to a weird timezone… that doesn’t exist…” So the next post I set it to 12 in the morning. It posted it the day before. (I also can’t find the exact time it thinks it is posting it at. I only noticed because someone liked it before I thought I had set it to post.) In my latest post (where I tagged you), I set it to publish at 4:00 am, thinking it would post 5 hours later than that. But someone commented at 5:45 am. So now I am really confused. Do you have this problem? Is it just my computer?

    • @princess-foo Thanks!
I never had that problem except for it saying comments were posted at the wrong time in the future(5 hours actually). Probably cause I don’t use the automatic publish thing(maybe I should), except maybe once… And I don’t remember what happened…

I figured it out. Your site is automatically set to UTC time zone(England apparently). Based on what you’re saying(5 hours late) you’re probably EST (east coast United States). In order to fix the time go to the My Site sidebar scroll down at the bottom you should find Settings. Under General, Site Profile (the first section/block), the last option should be Site Time Zone. For Time Zone, you have to scroll up until you find the America section and then New York(if you are EST). It’s alphabetical.
If you need me to clarify that just tell me. 🙂
