@daeus-lamb I LOVE ideas 1, 2, and 4. I’d say if it works out, y’all should go for it.

I’m with @eden-anderson and @cassandraia about number 3 though. I realize that this might make it quicker and easier for guilds to form, but when the guilds are done right they are worth the wait. Also, where would the leadership come from? I think this could get really dangerous if they are also allowed to set up their own guild master, because then what’s to keep them from voting that person out if they don’t like the way things are going, even if that person is making the best decision based on the circumstances? If for some reason you do decide to try this, and none of the staff are available to volunteer to take on a guild, I think that you should at least create an application process for potential guild masters and then assign them so that they have more authority. I think this will prevent conflict and make it easier to monitor any guilds that happen to form this way.
