The mystery boy woke up from unconsciousness, grabbed a dagger, and started fighting the soldiers again. Karim had never put his staff away, he tapped the secret button on his weapon and the ends immediately started crackling with electricity. Then, he raced into the fray, smacking one guard on the head with his staff, even if the blow wouldn’t have knocked the man out, the electricity finished the job. Karim slowly began making his way towards the kid who’d formerly been knocked out, hoping Delton wouldn’t get in trouble.

“Hey! Kid! Who are you!?” Karim decided it was probably best to find out who the person he was helping was.
