    So sorry, got buried under the weight of my attack @evelyn *freezes the battle and puts on English accent* Oh darling, I most certainly will!! Tea I will never pass up, especially with another writer on a rainy day, I never could!

    @ashira

    Thank you very much, I was rather pleased by that description too… Just as I am thrilled by the fact that my eyes aren’t grey, I seriously have to stop and make sure in the mirror that they actually are blue while I should really be washing my face and going to bed… Got pretty much the same exact color of my dad’s eyes.

    Oh, and @wordsmith , if you really want to try seeing what you’re eyes look like when crying, try getting soap in them. It has a similar effect. I know this is drastic, but at least it’s not putting Thieves oil in your eye, which I learned today one of my friends did for pink eye… Sometimes I wonder… homeschoolers…

    @ashira I know the pain, I just never have gotten to the point where I see the value of me doing y=mx+b, I just can’t understand why… I’m not going to be a rocket scientist.

    @selah-chelyah and @wordsmith *Just stares*

    How many teens need to know how to plot graphs? How many teens will need to know how to write clearly and effectively? Even those people who get degrees in math (I will never understand why they do it) will still need to know how to write with professionalism, otherwise they may not be hired no matter how brilliant they are with numbers.

    Writing means writing inch thick books, but for the majority of people, it means learning how to write things that will benefit them their entire lives. If I could write novels for school, I might consider school my favorite pass time.

    @wordsmith what are you talking about? I’ve read some of your writing, and it was beautiful, mysterious and swept me away into musing and admiration of how words put together can paint gorgeous pictures in my mind. Numbers make my brain die. There is no communication of anything whatsoever except that it killed the braincells that should have been spent on writing. The only way I can even begin to understand how you compared the beauty of writing and the supposed beauty of math into the same post is that I know your brain likes to solve problems. I say I’m having enough trouble learning to sight read. Math is not needed or wanted in this life of mine.

    @selah-chelyah

    Umm… Math does NOT feed my brain (unless you mean with fuel to further hate it) and does NOT sharpen it. I feel like I’m dead after doing math. Unless I’m listening to music I like, which is sometimes my only survival.

    When I am done with math, I will feel only be glad that I can shake the dust off my feet, and be put out that I had to waste so much time I could have been doing anything else. Like learning to sight read. Which will actually benefit the rest of my life.

    @eden-anderson NO!!!!!!!!! How can you desert me like this?? *Lifts sword* Well, I must carry on without you… Even if this means that we shall never again meet after dying at the hands of those who do not understand what it means to hate math with every fiber of your being. Please play The Last Goodbye when I am laid in the tomb.

    @anne-of-lothlorien 1. I want to hear about your eyes, 2. Do you hate or love math?

    Umm… @i-david I’m afraid I don’t really understand how you came up with that description or what it is supposed to look like in an eye color. I’m sorry… I just never would have thought of that.
