@ericawordsmith – I find it just lovely that you howled. I mean… doesn’t every boy want to be howled at by a girl?

And unless it’s not been sufficiently clear… NEVER ONCE HAVE I DENIED THE PAINFULNESS AND DANGER OF HIGH-HEELS! I am merely confident in my ability to overcome.

I was born in Southern CA and moved here at the age of three… so yeah… I don’t really have roots here… which people don’t like accepting to a large degree. Not everyone… but to a large extent.

Okay… so here is what I’ll tell you. I don’t teach students because they’re good at martial arts… I teach them so they can become good at it. The same goes with just about any physical activity, from high active sports to dancing.

Now! About the voice thing… I find it super funny that you keep referencing LOTR as a way of explaining… but hey! It works! I’m probably closer to Merry than Frodo… and I can sing deep… or I can sing high. Up until a year ago (ish) I could certainly sing soprano. No longer. I can still go pretty high… but not enough to stay soprano.

But yeah… my voice stays pretty consistent… so it doesn’t squeak any more, but I can switch octaves… really between two main ones.
