Here’s my idea: We could describe the darkness retreating and shrinking before the light of the sun. I think it would be a cool effect, kind of a reversal. And then once the darkness is gone you describe the majesty of the risen sun.

Actually, that could also work really well if you wanted to use SleepwalkingMK’s analogy – darkness (evil, Satan) retreating before the light of the sun (Jesus, the Son.)
