@j-a-penrose Oh dear. Six hours? I think last week I spent that much time trying to figure out how cells make energy. xD I won’t be having any more creative writing assignments this year—it was just those two in October, so I have to work on my own projects for my word count. Trouble is, I’m plotting again. *facepalm* Are you doing all that in class? I had my first experience writing essays in a noisy classroom this weekend, so that was…interesting. (i.e., I’m terrible at it. Being an only child, I am not accustomed to working in a distracting environment and I hate trying to write drafts on paper.) Honestly, I enjoy the going home and refining way more than the actual writing process.

(That is from what I wrote in the other workshop I took on creative writing—we were supposed to describe a setting, so I picked a trash can and wrote it from the POV of a dust mite who was writing a letter to a friend explaining how horrible it was there. xD Got lots of people to laugh at my weirdness.)
