I bump into Eden and Germaine in the passage, having taken a wrong turn and got lost a twist-y passage that somehow wound its way back to the hall. Not sure what it was for. Maybe there’s secret passages branching off behind the tapestry or something.

Eden has a tray of cookies in her hand. I freeze. “Cookies!” I gasp. “Can I have one?”
