@kb-writer I love that poem!  It’s very sweet and pensive and has a character all its own self, enhanced even more by the imperfections that you mentioned. 🙂  First stanza’s my favorite.

Snowflake

Snowflake tumbling in the air,
Oh so beautiful and fair.

Never a burden on your back,
Like potatoes in a sack.

Snowflake dear, you’re pure and white,
Not a blemish in my sight.

So silently you hit the ground,
That not a mouse can hear your sound.

So now, goodbye my snowflake dear,
I say softly so it can hear.

I might just continue to post old poems until I run out. 😉
