@fctait Um. Well. Prose isn’t just a specific type of writing. You can have prose in and nonfiction–song and story. Some guilds aren’t even going with a conventional story structure, and are instead using a different style entirely. All prose is, is words.

The main thing is to make sure that the character voice and writing style shine through. Things like ‘Show Don’t Tell’ will also be included in this. Passive voice, tense, type of structure, mediums, characters and description also fit into it.

Hoooopefully that makes sense, and I really, really, really hope it doesn’t contradict anything Jane has said. Cos I’ve checked most of these things with her. Another other sources. It should work. *fingers crossed*
