Leana did squeak as the table flipped. As she saw the dark dust around the guy’s hand. Zounds. Eyes wide as the pans, she pressed her back against the upturned top. What do I do?

The idea to again run and hide, overtook her. The idea this was just a strange dream. Wondering who she could turn to. Why these guys were acting like little boys, instead of the gruff men they pretended to be. (Except the armoured, man. Perhaps he was trustworthy.)

I want out. But at the moment, no one in the cafeteria looked willing to help. Most guests and staff looked outright furious.

Leana hunkered down lower. I am not paying for all this wasted food. ‘Wasted food’… I know some guys who might kill for this, whatever it is.
