    Tink certainly did have a great personality. 🙂 I guess I didn’t like him that much because he was too reckless, but I still think Andrew Peterson did a great job on his character. Yep, I’m the oldest in my family too!

    Thank you very much! I work very hard on my blog, and I love to hear that people enjoy it.

    Identity is actually a YA book about mermaids. The setting is modern society, and the MC is an orphan girl named Maria. It fits into a lot of different genres, but as of right now, I’d say the main ones are fantasy, drama, action/adventure, YA, and romance.

    Hey Lily! That’s really cool that you traveled in an RV! My favorite destination was probably Breckenridge, Colorado. We actually stayed there a bit longer than normal; about six months. What was your favorite destination you’ve traveled to?

    As I said to Noah up above, Identity is about mermaids. I wrote a short summary on my blog, if you want to check that out: https://annabelle.batie.com/my-books/

    @storysmith

    Thank you! I’m so glad to be here. I have heard of Redwall, and read the first book. I really enjoyed it. 🙂

    The Green Ember is so good, as is the Wingfeather Saga! I’m constantly reading new books and checking out new authors, so I’d say it’s a mix of authors that have influenced me. But definitely S.D. Smith, Andrew Peterson, Laura Martin, and Frances Hodgeson Burnett.

    Your WIP sounds very cool! What stage are you at in writing it? (plotting, drafting, editing, etc.)

    @rose-colored-fancyAs I mentioned to Lily and Noah above, Identity is a modern fantasy/action/romance book about mermaids. My MC is an orphan girl named Maria. I’m still working on her personality, as I feel that it’s a bit dry right now. At the beginning of the book, she is extremely unconfident in herself, but by the end of the book, she learns that she matters and that God has a purpose for her life.

    Thanks for following my blog! I really appreciate it!

    Your WIPs sound super cool! I love fantasy books, and mystery books are also good when they aren’t overdone.

    I just subscribed to your newsletter as well! It looks really fun, and I can’t wait to get the first email. 🙂
