Are they part insect as well with a carapace or is the formation of some other substance like a tortoiseshell or some reptilian spine/scales.

Where does their mental collective reside?  At they Borg-like and assimilate their knowledge in some remote collective brain that they are all linked to in some way? Is there a certain king of technology that they use through a vampiric parasitism?  Is there a master who these Kragvora serve and spy for?  What is their ultimate goal in the story, by that I mean, what does their master hope to achieve by sending out these agents into your world?

That is a very good idea!  That annoys me too, when I see it in movies.  I have always wondered about that very problem when it came to The Hulk in Marvel comics.  Why does his britches stretch when his shirt doesn’t?  How come he never wore spandex like the other Marvel characters? 🤔😛
