uhh, I guess that the Evil Villain Of No Name (LOL) just wants to rule the world. I mean, Milligard is HUGE! There is the North side (Where the half-elves live) which is super powerful and harsh; the South side that has more magic than any other side and has the biggest dragon population; the west side which is reeeeeeeeeeealy mysterious and secretive; and the east which has all of the money and stuff. So I guess that taking over the world has to be his only motive.
