Both of those are personality type indicators:

INFJ is from the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, which puts people into 16 types based on how you observe the world and make decisions. INFJ stands for introvert, intuitive, feeling, and judging.

2w1 is from the Enneagram. Admittedly I do not know as much about this one, but it sorts people into nine main types with one subtype.
