Calla narrowed her eyes and then suddenly sprinted forward. She disappeared behind a huge boulder, and reappeared moments later holding a dark-haired boy by the collar, her dagger at his throat. The boy looked confused. “Who are you?” Calla asked, green eyes intense.

“My name’s Eero if that’s what you mean.” The boy said, clutching a satchel protectively.

“Do you know where we are?” Calla asked. “Don’t lie to me.”

“No! I don’t.” Eero tried to duck away, but Calla held him tightly. “I just appeared here.” Calla narrowed her eyes, but let him go, pushing him away. He tumbled into the snow, and then got up, still clutching his satchel.

“So… who are you people?” He asked.
