I have heard of Redwall, and read the first book. I really enjoyed it.They get way better than the first book and the audiobooks with a full cast of fully accented voices are phenomenal!
The Green Ember is so good, as is the Wingfeather Saga! I’m constantly reading new books and checking out new authors, so I’d say it’s a mix of authors that have influenced me. But definitely S.D. Smith, Andrew Peterson, Laura Martin, and Frances Hodgeson Burnett.Awesome! I have their books next on my list!
Your WIP sounds very cool! What stage are you at in writing it? (plotting, drafting, editing, etc.)Thanks! I am kinda in between plotting and drafting. Creating an entirely original universe is super time-consuming but also a blast. Got a few chapters done so far but need to finish some worldbuilding and character development before moving on. My little sis Sarah aka @ajstoryteller is my illustrator who has done a phenomenal job helping me come up with designs for my creatures and races.
