This is so fun, guys!! ^_^ I love all your different plots, especially the retellings. They sound super cool!

    My current WIP’s~

    1. The Tenderfoot’s Progress (title still tentative) – it’s a devotional book, drawing from lessons I’ve learned from riding horses and working/playing with cows and all that sort of fun stuff. Showing my journey as a pilgrim in the old west sense of the word (someone who knows nothing) and in the Christian sense of the word (someone on a journey with Jesus). I’ve completed approximately 26 out of 40 of the devotions. Approximately. I plan to publish it via CreateSpace when I’m finished.

    2. Sing Like a Storm (almost positive that’ll be my final title, if I have my way about it) – a medieval fantasy exploring forgiveness and redemption. The story grew from the idea “What if you had a bad guy who did not know he was bad?” From there, several awesome characters were born and a plot grew around them. There’s Cotter, a bitter warrior fighting the scars of his past – the loss of his family, arm, and world. There’s Falcor, Haaken, and Skye Nightwing – three siblings whose homes have been lost to flames multiple times, and now work together for the rebel cause. There’s Brynn, a young woman who’s trying to do what’s right, though it’s not always crystal clear, and human desires can sometimes stand in the way. There are many more characters, but as of right now, these are my big five. I really wanted to work on character development in this novel, so it’s been really fun playing with all their personalities and throwing anguish in their paths 😛

I’m also really excited because I have a cool twist for the end of this one. So can’t wait to write that! I think I’m about a third of the way done it, but it’s hard to say… maybe only a quarter. When this one is finished, I want to try to actually publish it.

So yeah! Those are my main two WIP’s right now. They’re different enough that I can focus on both without getting details mixed, which is good, I guess.

    Happy writing!
