Well I totally missed this. Sorry guys. What I did see however sounds great!!

When I start with the map (I always hand draw) I usually throw dice onto paper to get the shape. Everything just comes from that.

@Evelyn number three is a good way to go, I feel like it gives a lot more into how we would react if that were to happened to us. One would work as well for that result.
