Kaede stretched out on the tree branch, lacing his hands behind his head as he closed his eyes. The wind murmured through the branches, creating a perfect napping setting. Now this was the life. He could get used to this…

Suddenly, the rhythm changed. Kaede forced one eye open. The tree had changed into the bottom of a boat and there were people. Mainly girls. Mm cute ones at that, but the interruption of his nap sparked a bit of irritation. Oh well, naught to be done for it. He rolled upwards slightly, springing to his feet. His silver hair, streaked with brown since birth, fell against his shoulders. Holding up a finger as an indication to wait, he pulled it back, surveying the surroundings. Bowing slightly at the waist, he glanced back up, winking at the nearest girl.

“Greetings fair ones and gentleman indeed,” he waved a hand. “It seems I was taken by my world. Are you perhaps in the same strait I have found myself in, or perhaps you are those who have taken me?”

He was convinced that he could easily manipulate these people. Just an extra layer in his voice and they would be at his will.
