“Don’t do that again,” she repeated after the boy.
Tinke giggled, holding her hands up to her mouth after mocking his own words. He had such a funny face on right now. Like if she kicked him again that he would play with her. Ignoring the girl, Tinke took a quick step forward and kicked the boy in the knee again.
“What will you do?” Tinke stared up at him with large, glassy green eyes.

Llewellyn looked down at the girl in the white dress as she appeared, noting the bow in her hand. Strange. Had he stumbled on some sort of filming site? Why would they choose fantasy characters for a ghost town setting. Sighing inwardly, he realized he had started thinking like Ben again. It was hard not to when the kid talked soley about movies, books, and tv shows.
Instinct rather than sound warned him of someone behind him. A girl. Calling him a Valkyrie. Well this just got stranger. At least the whole Valkyrie fit with the girl with the bow.
“No I’m not Valkyrie. Valkyrie has white wings and is a…girl,” Llewellyn replied.
Do either of you know what’s going on?”
Llewellyn turned slightly, noting the tightening of the first girl’s hand on her bow. From that and the other girl’s sharp tone he took a wary step back, settling into a stance. This was all confusing. The second girl kept sprouting ancient Norse…something about Aesirs? Anyways the girls seemed involved with each other enough that he could gain the upper hand if needed.
Oh so the second girl was Crystal. The first one could heal, perhaps. Also both girls were now getting along? That was bad news for him. That whole enemy of my enemy thing just turned against him. Quickly he spread his wings, ready for a fight.

“Well I made this myself and I don’t think there’s anything like this in the multiverse,” Riley said after a moment. “Okay I don’t know that but I thought I was being original and all. You see…”
He started into an explanation of the science behind it, but stopped mid sentence. Okay, she was just staring blankly, which usually meant he had lost interest a long time ago.
“So how did you know that?” Riley asked weakly, unable to come up with anything else.
