Actually in both stories there are powers. In my first, Nemesis can create and manipulate darkness. Jamie’s family have powers like: being able to hear people’s unique sound waves when they walk, being able to manipulate wind, singing people to sleep, turning oneself into an inanimate object (that’s fun), and his closest brother has wings. The second powers belong to a group of people called the Dregs, that group being right in the middle of the nuclear war. They live in a sectioned off area called the Barrens. Their powers are mainly elemental. However all the nations despise them and they are monsters.
