 If you have any particular disorder you wanna research I can try to help if ya want   It is pretty sad that I can rarely find that in fiction especially fantasy and even when they do it’s usually inaccurate and shallow.

Thank you so much! I’ll totally remember that! I don’t have anything particular in mind so far. Actually, Liorah has some PTSD in the second book. (She doesn’t have it in the castle, because it’s before the events of book one.) If you (or anyone else, actually 😉) have any tips about that, I’d really appreciate them! During my research, I found a really helpful website with a whole series about disabilities and disorders. They’re interviews with people who have the conditions, so the information is firsthand and accurate. Here’s the article on PTSD, but there are articles on blindness, deafness, epilepsy, and a ton more!

Interestingly enough, it seems “the Hunger Games” is actually quite an accurate portrayal of PTSD?

Well… you can’t read about her anywhere, right now XD I’m not happy with the first draft, so I’m rewriting it. She’s Liorah’s best friend, so it’s interesting to contrast the two.
