Sherlock witness everything, as he chased after Arsene. Most of all, he saw how Baron had tried to kill his brother. Drawing his handgun, Sherlock activated the targeting beam.
“Jacob Baron, get down on the floor this very instant!”
Baron tried to run, cackling madly. However, as he walked, a man, who was standing in the same path, tripped Baron with his foot. Collapsing, Baron landed gracelessly on the floor.
“Rook, can you get him to the van?”
Rook answer would not make Sherlock’s day better. “I believe Arsene stole that van.”
“WHAT?! T-that little…! Why th-that b!%@&! He did that on purpose!”
Fuming with anger, Sherlock shifted part of his body, smashing his fist into a pillar. His fit of anger left its permanent mark in the pillar. Getting control of his anger, Sherlock announced. “We’ll use his car then.”
Insane and cookoo, Baron laughed and giggled uncontrollably, calling out Arsene’s name. Likely, Baron would be able to plead guilty by reason of insanity, even if Sherlock tried to convict him.
“Excuse me,” the man started, “Do you know where my friend is? He’s doesn’t do that well on his own.”
Sherlock answered with an inquiry of his own. “Do you mean the one who saved my brother from being shot?”
“And the one who got dragged out the window, yes.” The man added.
Come to think of it, where was Arsene going? Had he gone as far as to abduct the fire user? No, Arsene would never do that. Rob the kid blind maybe, but never kidnap.
“Sorry,” Sherlock started, “I don’t know where he is.”
“Please,” the man begged, “I can’t leave him on his own.”
Sherlock paused. Normally, he’d leave the man to his own devices. However, Arsene was involved in this, meaning Sherlock would be dragged into this whether he wanted to or not (he’s just thinking that to hide the fact he actually cares).
“You want me to help find him?” Sherlock asked.
The man answered. “I would be grateful.”
“Very well,” Sherlock answered, “Perhaps I’ll find my brother as well.”
(Well, sorry for leaving you behind Kim. It was an accident (really, it was. I wanted to fix it, but the edit button was gone) Sis wanted my character to meet Alessio. Can’t wait to see how these…interesting events pan out. Well, your character can beat up Arsene if you find. We’d all understand (if Alessio doesn’t beat him up first)).
