I love your ocean-themed world with the different types of sea people! I don’t like most common fantasy races, but there’s just something captivating about mermaids. Maybe it’s the fact that I’m an awful swimmer. 😛 Have you every heard of the Spiderwick Chronicles? They have fairies, goblins, etc. in them and one of the coauthors did some incredible illustrations of mermaids for one of the books. Anyway, your world sounds really cool. And you should be proud of the sea sprites! You gave them such a creative twist. What do they look like? I’m imagining them as small and fairy-like.

I think you were actually one of the people who commented on the blurb I posted on the critique board. I don’t have any of Moonwatcher’s chapters posted over there though, only on my blog.
