@chalice No, not really. I have done one before and it turned out okay, but people are difficult to draw.

@sarah-inkdragon Smudging comes in many different ways. Don’t use your finger to blend the graphite, that made a huge difference. Just find another pencil and use that to help blend. It will still keep the detail though. And a piece of clean paper or baking paper over the top if you have to lay your hand or arm across an already drawn section. Other than that, there’s not much to it.
