I am. . . slightly overwhelmed by the enthusiasm here. I’m sure I’ll get used to it eventually.

@Cassie-hartfinh favourite to read or write? I dunno. Lots of them have strengths and most have weaknesses. Most of what I own is fantasy of one sort of another. Favourite colour is a funny one. Usually it’s green but my current protag likes red, so I find myself drawn to it too. Current works in progress include Adventures of the Motley Crew, nonfiction about a group of assorted friends of mine; Of the North, early-medieval time-travel historical fiction involving a living-history geek; and The Two-Legged League, 1920’s historical fiction about a group of young people discovering G. K. Chesterton. I may also reference Just Outlaws or the Rose-Tinted Arrows books, because they pop in from time to time; they’re a sort of fantastical Robin Hood.
