Galu!

My name is Lydia, I’m sixteen and I live in the US.  I’m introverted and would rather curl into a ball and read than go places.  Unless you are going to a bookstore or going on a magical quest – if you are then I’ll come.

I write in a bunch of genres – historical fiction, fiction, dystopian, poetry however my favorite genre to write is fantasy 🙂

I have a bunch of WIPs – just like I have a a bunch of books that I am reading at the same time (it’s terrible :p) – but the two main ones are in the fantasy and fiction genres.  The fantasy one is more classic Medieval fantasy with just a hint of magic (I am also working on the prequal series for it which has a lot more magic).  It’s about a princess and a boy with a price on his head and a long adventure – right now I don’t have a coherent synopsis and one of the only things I can say about it without not making sense is that it’s my favorite book idea I have.  The fiction WIP is about two sisters who are thrown into the realm where fairy tales are real.

Unfortunately I’m allergic to dairy – is there anyone else who is also allergic to dairy ? – so I don’t eat ice cream.  There are dairy free ice creams but they don’t taste as good. :p  But before I found out I was allergic to dairy my favorite ice cream was vanilla.

What am I most excited about for the guilds?  Meeting and getting to know all YOU AMAZING PEOPLE and competing with the other guilds. 🙂

A random fact about me – I love writing reallllyyyy long sentences and when I’m nervous I can’t stop grinning and I want to get four ducks and five chickens and name them The Fellowship (of the Ring).  Okay that was three facts and all this talking is exhausting. *retreats to room* Actually I’m already in my room…never mind.
