@noahlitle I actually haven’t featured music predominantly in one of my stories. I should do it sometime! Also, I mostly do classical music on the violin, but recently I’ve been learning some worship songs.

@r-m-archer I actually own two ocarinas! (I forgot they existed for like, a year now.) I know some fingerings on them, but it’s pretty cool that you can do LOTR songs. Mine only have four holes and six holes, so the range of notes isn’t that great.

And music is a side thing for me. I’ve had private lessons for many years, but we stopped this last year, and I find that if I don’t put it into my routine, I forget entirely. On the other hand, I enjoy it more when I do play, so that’s good.

@bama-rose Yeah, violin takes a while to pick up. I was seven when I started, so I don’t quite remember, but I believe most of the first few lessons were devoted to technique, like holding the bow and stuff, before I did any actual playing.
