@noahlitle This is a little late, and I’ve already started suggesting, but… yeah.

Looking back, I like most of those elements I called into question, but I was just worrying if they interfered with Emma (like, if they made the story too complicated). I think the hat fits well, though, and “live” makes some sense in its context.

What if Emma references God more subtly? “There is hope in Him” or “Hope lives inside of you”? Maybe some of their talk can be Christian lingo, so if we then put a line like this, they know what we’re talking about?
