Yes, it’s digital art! As for Fabian’s story, it’s mostly a mess of random ideas at the moment though haha. But I’m thinking it takes place in a not so far future in a ‘United Nations of Europe’. Aka all European countries having merched together, except for a few ones that have rebelled against it. The main reason being that China, Russia and America got stronger and Europe nog longer wants to depend on other countries for their protection. Which is how the idea to merch together got born. This causes all kinds of problems. Authorities have forbidden religious books and churches, no longer wanting to be ‘held back’ by these ‘old fashioned’ views. All in the name of progress, tolerance and ofcourse money.

Fabian Kowalski is originally from Poland (which wasn’t the idea at first but as I drew him he ended up having a very Polish face so here we are xD) and somehow ended up smuggling Bibles to the west of Europe. Which is what he has in his little backpack :’)
