@gabriellepollack Um. Officially, I wrote my first story when I was… maybe seven? I did the OYAN in 8th grade. Now I cringe when I read that novel. 😉 I restarted writing in 2017, and I actually finished my really long book (which was a surprise to everyone including me!) I’m working on a bunch of different things right now, but I’m four chapters into one right now. I’m hoping that being a part of Story Embers will make me start writing again. 🙂

@miriam-smith In the Heart of the Rockies is so fun! Have you read other Henty books? My favorite is probably The Cornet of Horse or A Roving Commission.
