@devastate-lasting I would do it in first person. Sarah Inkdragon’s comment is an excellent example. Actions are set apart by * * and those are present tense, and everything else is dialogue, so therefore it is first person.

@princess-foo Sarah Inkdragon just introduced her character, and that seems relevant to your character’s interests, so maybe you could get excited, come out of a dark corner, and try to talk with her? Unless a character description comes up in naturally, you don’t need to start off with a full character description (that should all be in our worldbuilding document 🙂 ).

There is a central meeting hall in the central Erekdale world-pod, and that’s where we are all gathering, basically. If you want to leave that place, you can situationally add more descriptions (ie *exits meeting hall and flies off on a dragon* or something like that).

Does that make more sense?
