@jenwriter17 Yeah, I thought that was you. 😉 But I was kinda nervous around people and my mind doesn’t always function properly. XD I pretty much crashed the next day from all the socializing, but I still really enjoyed it!
I’m glad I got to meet you. I only wished I could’ve overcame my shy awkwardness and talked to you a little more.
@mariposa That’s totally understandable; I get nervous stomach cramps before big events where there’ll be a lot of people. I felt exhausted after the conference too. 😉

I did XD I won some writing craft books, then I won free conference registration for next year, which was crazy XD
@morreafirebird I’m not sure; with it being in St. Louis again that would be really convenient. But I’m also graduating next year and on top of a boatload of other things, we’ll see if I even have the time. But I hope so!!!

@mariposa It’s hard to pick a favorite part. Meeting writers…the authors…the sessions…the BOOKS! All of it was just epic. 😉

@mariposa I came home with twelve books and an empty wallet (I actually had a teensy bit of money left, but I bought another book at a store as if I needed more, and now I’m broke 😛 ) How about you?
@jenwriter17 This may be shocking, but I actually didn’t buy any books. 😅 I don’t read hardly any fantasy (I only went to the book festival so I could meet the SE staff for the first time 😂).
@mariposa Oh, haha! 😀 Well, meeting the SE staff would be worth the trip even if you didn’t buy any books. 😉
