Laser tag was the plan! Wow, I missed A lot while I was gone, LOL. please forgive me if I get something wrong with the characters, I caught up on the story but I’m very bad at remembering things.

I jumped at the sound of Liorah’s shout, fingers tightening around my bow as the ground shook. I had knocked A arrow as soon as Lorcan had grabbed Liorah, but had never returned it to my quiver. Brin was perched on my shoulder again, her black feathers brushing the side of my face. My feet where braced against the stone ground, my eyes scanned the room for whatever fresh horror the castle was about to throw at us.

I stepped closer to Liorah, my sheathed sword bumping against my leg. We had fought the mirror-monsters together, and she had proven to be very skilled with her sword, unfortunately for me. I had no idea if the turtle could fight, but in the castle, it was usually better to have someone to fight with. Or a few someones. I glanced at the group, Ferran had his staff ready, Azar at his side. I knew Lorcan could fight, but wasn’t sure wether he would fight with us or against us. Klein would probably be able to demolish any evil thing that showed is head.

The castle had seemingly tried to kill us multiple times and failed. I was feeling a little confident.
