@r-m-archer Oh cool!! So what sort of style of singing do you sing? I’m a hardcore Celtic girl…
@eden-anderson What? No, you were awesome before I learned you were an ENFP. <3 True… I think I might be slightly more introverted than you… Probably because I actually really love being alone, which is weird for an extrovert. I love slinking away and finding a piano or a room with great acoustics and just singing/playing away. Yet I can’t do it forever either, eventually I have to go back to people…
@samuel You’ve really done your research on this topic! It’s pretty fascinating… I guess I have some of that hermit extrovert in me to an extent… maybe… just enough to make me prefer my own company if the present is unpleasant. XD And savor my alone moments rather than dying in them. O.K. so if you put it that way, does that make it more like extroverted is sensing others and introverted is sensing yourself? Or did I get that completely backwards? I’m a hair confused now…
@emgc and @samuel : Other cello people… I am both sad and happy today… I was away most of today, and learned after bemoaning the UPS on SE, that tomorrow they will take my cello back. I am very sad to see it go because it was the most beautiful cello I have ever seen (I think cellists can be biased like parents sometimes), and even though it will be replaced with the same model, that was still my cello.
Otherwise, good news behind the glumness of it, hopefully I’ll be playing away soon.
Random question, do y’all have names for your cellos? The most clever cello name that I just love was a guy named Micah who named his cello Micahandcello. XD
I totally agree @emgc , there’s just nothing like a cello, utter… is there a word that describes the gorgeousness of the cello?
