@wordsmith, I stand corrected. Beren and Luthien should have been on there. Sorry… Kili and Tauriel… So basically, why I still love them…

I read The Hobbit when I was 14.

I watched the movies when I was 15.

Aside from the horrible, unmentionable animated LOTR, I had never seen any of the films.

I was in awe.

Then I read LOTR, watched the movies and turned from a LOTR fan into a Tolkien fan, there is a difference there.

Then my serious Tolkien friends start crawling all over Tauriel and Kili… And I still like that romance…

EOWYN AND FARAMIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <3 <3 <3 <3 I drew a fan art pic of Faramir and Eowyn as children, him giving her one of the white flowers that grows on the tombs in Rohan… Most amazing romance EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well… O.K. Luthien and Beren (just to make sure that I’m accurate to Middle-Earth and to make @wordsmith and the rest of the people who read The Silmarillion happy).

Oh, and please don’t get me started on the lack of chivalry in guys today… It will have me ranting and climbing UP THE WALLS. Guys that actually have some chivalry in them are so appreciated…

Anyway, I need to stop writing, late, too late, y’all have me up with disscussions of LOTR…
