Oh, I’ve experianced this too. One reason I’ll feel guilty is because I’m writing when 1) I’m supposed to be doing something else (AKA major procrastination), or 2) my parents have said or set expectations for me to be following that, when spending that time to write, is not honouring their desires.

Maybe consider if you’re supposed to be spending time on something else rather than writing. I’m not saying there’s no time or place to write, but writing shouldn’t be the only thing we do.
