this is what my posture would have been , i searched google and when u bend your body to run , one leg will be straight back and another bent in the air . This is what a perspective view looks like . i might have exaggerated a bit cause i draw comic art , thats why the leg is bigger than head but if u want to go for realistic , u might wanna decrease the size of it .

just practice on view angle and you will be much better . And take some reference image if u find it hard to draw with your imagination , no shame in using reference , it improves you .
